Counselor's main 3 specialties are:

  • Trauma and PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder)

  • Coping Skills

  • Emotional Disturbances


Other issues a client can receive assistance with may include, but are not limited to:

  • Personal growth

  • Anxiety

  • Depression

  • Family Conflict

  • Grief and Loss

  • Life Transitions

  • Music Performance Anxiety (MPA)

  • Parenting/co-parenting related issues

  • Relationship Issues (premarital, marital, child-parent, siblings, peers etc.)

  • Spirituality related issues

  • Stress, burnout, compassion fatigue, family care-giving stress

  • Pregnancy loss and miscarriage

  • Aging concerns

  • self-esteem

** Most likely, a client would start off by doing weekly sessions. Overtime, however, that may potentially reduce to biweekly, then once a month etc.

*** One of the goals in therapy is for the person to be able to cope on their own. Therefore, individuals should expect that over time, therapy becomes an "on a need" basis or for "maintenance" purposes.
